The 13th Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art opens to the public on June 13, 2025 at 7 pm at four venues: KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Sophiensæle, Hamburger Bahnhof – Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart, and in a former courthouse on Lehrter Straße in Berlin-Moabit. 

The program of the opening week is now available on the website of the 13th Berlin Biennale. It includes Han Bing with an intervention, Major Nom and the theatre play The Beggars’ Convention, 2025 at Sophiensæle’s Festsaal, Milica Tomić with a statement at the former Courthouse Lehrter Straße, and Gabriel Alarcón with a procession at Hamburger Bahnhof.

Tickets for the exhibition are now available in the webshop of the Berlin Biennale. For tickets to the performances of Major Nom on June 14 and 15, please visit the webshop of Sophiensæle. The full program of the 13th Berlin Biennale for June and July will be available online from June 12.
